Psychotherapy & Counselling
The very fact you’re reading this means that your life isn’t working out the way you want it to. You know something has to change but it’s so hard to see what the next step is. Working with me will give you a safe space to allow you to discuss what’s troubling you. I’ll work with you to help you cope with what’s happening in the here and now and find a way of moving forward.
Executive Coaching
Being a leader in today’s world is exceptionally challenging. Coaching can help you succeed in your role by developing your self-awareness, emotional resilience and the way you relate to others. An experienced executive coach, I will work with you to inspire fresh thinking, facilitate your development as a leader and build value for your organisation.
Training
When you train your people every one in the organisation, including your customers, benefit. Training increases confidence, reduces errors and shows people you are prepared to invest in them and in their future – all of which leads to a better working environment for everyone.
Couples Counselling
Everyone’s relationships are different but sometimes we can face similar issues. Do you take the relationship to the next level? Do you stay together or split up? Maybe you can’t decide whether the time is right to start a family or maybe you find that you can’t have children and that’s affecting your relationship.
Professional Supervision
Supervision is often described as a specialist form of support or mentoring for practitioners undertaking challenging work with people.
Psychotherapeutic Counselling Services
Ways of working:
Face-to-face - This is when we meet in person. Face-to-face sessions are currently one of the more popular therapy formats.
Telephone and video conferencing - For some clients, working via the telephone or via video offers an extremely flexible alternative to face-to-face counselling.
IM and e-mail - Some clients prefer to use text rather than to talk. This form of therapy offers you the chance to protect your anonymity. If you opt for e-mail counselling it can give also you time to think through what you wish to discuss, and many find the act of physically writing their issues down cathartic.
Stress and anxiety
Stress and anxiety can interfere with your everyday life. I can help you manage the symptoms and deal with the causes.
Low self-esteem
Low self-esteem can affect all aspects of our lives, I can help you move forward in a more positive way.
Low mood and depression
While things may feel hopeless and impact on people around you, with the right support you can find a way forward.
Loss and bereavement
Talking through what’s happened and your feelings can help you come to terms with events and find your purpose again.
Relationship issues
Working with an experienced counsellor can help you find a way through any relationship challenges you are having.
Life transitions
Transitions can trigger your fears and anxiety; but, they also give you a chance to discover what you want out of life.
Executive coaching
Succeed in your role by developing your self-awareness, emotional resilience and the way you relate to others.
