I understand that your privacy is important to you and that you care about how your information is used and shared online. I respect and value the privacy of everyone who visits this site and will only collect and use information in ways that are useful to you and in a manner consistent with your rights and my obligations under the law.

I am registered with the Information Commissioners Office and ensure that all information (in both paper and electronic format) is kept in a secure and confidential way, in line with data protection requirements.

This policy applies to my use of any and all data collected in relation to your use of this site. Please read this privacy policy carefully and ensure that you understand it. Your acceptance of the privacy policy is deemed to occur upon your first use of the site. If you do not accept and agree with this privacy policy, you must stop using the site immediately.

What data I collect

In regard to my services, I will only hold information that is adequate, relevant and not excessive in compliance with the Data Protection Act 2018.

If you choose to receive email notifications from me, I will collect and store your name and email address so that I can send you email communications about the requested information and services.

When you visit or access the site, including email communications, I use cookies and other tracking technologies to collect information about your engagement, as well as your browsing and purchasing behaviour.

I will only retain any basic information I hold about you for three years.

• I receive a court order.

If you would prefer to meet face to face, I can provide a safe, confidential and supportive space in the centre of Shrewsbury. I usually work from Swan Hill Therapy Hub at 5 Swan Hill Court, Shrewsbury SY1 1NP, however, I do travel to other locations.
