I am an experienced Therapist, Coach and Trainer and work with both adults and young people, helping them explore and resolve their problems and concerns. I work with a range of issues including relationships problems, stress, anxiety, depression and the many challenges associated with loss and bereavement.
I am an accredited member of the NSC (National Counselling Society), a registered member of the BACP (British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy) and a member of the Stress Management Society.
I hold a Level 5 Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling, as well as an MA in Education, and have specialist training in

- Creative Therapies
- Suicide and emotional distress and despair
- Children and Young People
I also bring to my work my significant experience in the corporate, education and voluntary sectors. As well as running my own business, I have worked with a number of different agencies and organisations including global private sector companies, large government departments and charities such as Cruse and Samaritans.
I am also accredited by The Foundation for Infant Loss to support parents who have suffered a bereavement by miscarriage, stillbirth or a neonatal loss.
I am a founding member of The Practice Shrewsbury with a small group of other professional counsellors. The Practice offers a wider range of therapy services to the community, including counselling and play therapy for children.
